All Items need to be picked up by Tuesday September 13th as new owners will be takin possession of property shortly after auction.
Special Terms for Firearms PURCHASED ONLINE! Firearms purchased online will be transferred by Tom's Gun Sales, in Sabin MN. A $25 Transfer Fee will be charged for each firearm purchased. Local Buyer's will need to pick up all firearm purchases at Tom's Gun Sales in Sabin MN. Winning purchasers will be given instructions and additional contact and pickup information following the auction. (firearms may be picked up starting Monday Sept 12 by appointment.
Firearms that require shipping: The Buyer will be required to arrange for a Licensed FFL to receive the item and complete the required transfer and forms. The Buyer is responsible all fees and cost charged by the receiving FFL. The $25 transfer fee charged will be applied to any shipping charges. Additional charges may apply and are the Buyer's responsibility.
All Items must be removed by September 13th as the new owners will be taking possession he property shortly after the auction
