FM Services LLC. has decided to discontinue providing small engine, and power sport equipment service, and will liquidate that portion of their business operation. FM Services will continue to offer duct cleaning, water and smoke restoration, and other cleaning services. Being offer for sale is a nice selection of vehicles, trailers case skid steer, tools, shop equipment, as well as other business fixtures and inventory. We have also included a nice selection of sporting goods, hunting and other personal items that belong to the owners Nick and Levi. This is a very nice selection of equipment and tools being offered.

Terms: Cash Check or Credit/Debit Card. Visa, MasterCard & Discover. 14% Buyers premium is in effect. (4% discount for cash or check payments.) All items sold as is, where is. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR BY WITHIN 24 HOURS OF CLOSE OF AUCTION. McLaughlin Auctioneers reserve the right to charge the card on file for balances still due 48 Hours after the close of the auction Extended Bidding terms apply (Bids placed on items in the last 3 minutes will be extended another 3 minutes until no further bids are received.) Staggered closing, Up to 5 items per minute. Some items may have "Group" Endings. See website for complete Terms. ND Sales Tax may apply to some or all of the items of this sale.
Special Terms for Firearms. All Firearms will be transferred by Tom's Gun Sales, in Sabin MN. $25 Transfer Fee will be charged for each firearm purchased. Buyer's will need to pick up all firearm purchases at Tom's Gun Sales in Sabin MN. Preferred pick-up time for firearm purchasers is week-day evenings 5-7 PM. Winning purchasers will be given instructions and additional contact and pickup information following the auction. Buyer is responsible for any additional fee's for shipping and handling for non-local, or out of state purchases.

Wednesday, March 6th, 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM. BY APPOINTMENT! Due to limited parking, please schedule your pick up time, following the conclusion of the auction. UPDATE!!!!! We have added Thursday March 7th, from 9:00 AM-4:00 PM. Please Schedule your pickup time through the Shipping Saint Scheduling link emailed to winning buyers following the auction.

Buyers will receive an email AFTER the entire auction has closed that will allow them to schedule a time to come and remove items. Due to limited parking, we ask that all buyers schedule a pickup time.
