The Moorhead School District has moved into the new high school and started the decommissioning of the existing High School building.  Bid your price on commercial and industrial food equipment, school fixtures, cabinets, tables, chairs and other building fixtures and equipment.   

Over 1400 lots, thousand of items!

Note:  Due to activities still going on in the old school, we will be adding many more items up until the auction closes.  There may also be some items that are not listed on the auction but may be available for sale.  Please contact us if there is something that you are looking for.

 

Terms: Cash Check or Credit/Debit Card. Visa, MasterCard & Discover. 14% Buyers premium is in effect.  (4% discount for cash or check payments.)  All items sold as is, where is. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR BY WITHIN 24 HOURS OF CLOSE OF AUCTION. McLaughlin Auctioneers reserve the right to charge the card on file for balances still due 48 Hours after the close of the auction Extended Bidding terms apply (Bids placed on items in the last 3 minutes will be extended another 3 minutes until no further bids are received.) Staggered closing, Up to 5 items per minute. Some items may have "Group" Endings. See website for complete Terms

There will be usable elevators for loading some items located on different floors.  Kitchen Items are located on the 2nd Floor.  Lots in the "1000" numbers are on the bottom floor of the school. Lots in the "2000" numbers are located on the second floor.  Lots in the "3000" numbers are located on the third floor.

Unless noted otherwise , Buyers are responsible for disconnecting and removal of all equipment and fixtures.  Please bring tools, equipment and people to complete removal process .  If purchasing multiple lots, all purchases should be staged in designated areas before loading. McLaughlin Auctioneers, LLC and Moorhead Schools are not responsible for accidents

Scheduled Pickup as Follows: UPDATED DUE TO THE OF WINNING BIDDERS!

Thursday to Saturday, January 11-13th 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM by Appointment. Sunday 12:00 TO 4:00 PM  Please do not bid if you are unable to remove items during this time.  There will be very limited access to the building starting Jan15th as decommissioning and asbestos removal is scheduled to begin. 

Scheduling your pick-up appointment:  

Buyers will receive an email AFTER the entire auction has closed that will allow them to schedule a time to come and remove items. With the anticipated number of winning bidders, we ask that buyers use the pickup scheduling to help us with keeping the removal as organized as possible
