Terms: Cash Check or Credit/Debit Card. Visa, MasterCard & Discover. 14% Buyers premium is in effect. (4% discount for cash or check payments.) All items sold as is, where is. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR BY WITHIN 24 HOURS OF CLOSE OF AUCTION. McLaughlin Auctioneers reserve the right to charge the card on file for balances still due 48 Hours after the close of the auction Extended Bidding terms apply (Bids placed on items in the last 3 minutes will be extended another 3 minutes until no further bids are received.) Special Terms for Firearms. All Firearms will be transferred by Tom's Gun Sales, in Sabin MN. $25 Transfer Fee will be charged for each firearm purchased. Buyer's will need to pick up all firearm purchases at Tom's Gun Sales in Sabin MN. Preferred pick-up time for firearm purchasers is week-day evenings 5-7 PM. Winning purchasers will be given instructions and additional contact and pickup information following the auction. Buyer is responsible for any additional fee's for shipping and handling for non-local, or out of state purchases.

Picking up your items from auction
To make picking up your items as simple as possible, we now prefer that buyers follow the "Scheduled pick up" process.
Removal times: Friday October 13th 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM and Saturday October 14th. 9am to Noon
You will receive a separate email or text message from "Shipping Saint" after the entire auction is completed in which you can schedule a time to pick up your item(s) or indicate your desire to have us pack and ship your items. PLEASE USE THIS SYSTEM AS IT REALLY HELPS US STREAMLINE IN GETTING ITEMS PICKED UP IN AN ORDERLY AND TIMLEY MANNER.
