Terms: Preferred payment is via Credit card. Visa, MasterCard & Discover. 13% Buyers premium is in effect. (3% discount for cash or check payments.) All items sold as is, where is. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR BY WITHIN 24 HOURS OF CLOSE OF AUCTION. McLaughlin Auctioneers reserve the right to charge the card on file for balances still due 48 Hours after the close of the auction Extended Bidding terms apply (Bids placed on items in the last 3 minutes will be extended another 3 minutes until no further bids are received.) Staggered closing, 2 items per minute. Some items may have "Group" Endings. See website for complete terms.
Special Terms for Firearms. Firearms that need to be shipped will be transferred by a licensed FFL's. A $25 handling Fee will be charged for each firearm purchased.. The Purchaser is responsible for the additional shipping, as well as any transfer fees charged. Winning purchasers will be given instructions and additional information following the auction.
Scheduled Pick Up Friday September 16th from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM, and Saturday September 17th 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM By Appointment.
Please note that Items need to be picked up during these times as the property has been sold and the new owners are taking possession shortly after the auction.
