Selling are items from the Gary Pearson Estate.  Items include a 2002 Ford F150 Crew cab pick-up, large assortment of hunting related items, sporting goods, and other household items.

Terms: Preferred payment is via Credit card. Visa, MasterCard & Discover. 13% Buyers premium is in effect.  (3% discount for cash or check payments.)  All items sold AS-IS, WHERE IS. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR BY WITHIN 24 HOURS OF CLOSE OF AUCTION. McLaughlin Auctioneers reserve the right to charge the card on file for balances still due 48 Hours after the close of the auction Extended Bidding terms apply (Bids placed on items in the last 2 minutes will be extended another 2 minutes until no further bids are received.) Staggered closing, 2 items per minute. Some items may have "Group" Endings. See website for complete terms.  

Special Terms for Firearms.  All Firearms will be transferred by Tom's Gun Sales, in Sabin MN. $25 Transfer Fee will be charged for each firearm purchased. Buyer's will need to pick up all firearm purchases at Tom's Gun Sales in Sabin MN.  Preferred pick-up time for firearm purchasers is evenings 5-7 PM.  Winning purchasers will be given instructions and additional contact and pickup information following the auction.

Firearm Pick-Up Location: Tom's Gun Sales.  109 1st St. N. Sabin MN 56580.  All firearms must be paid prior to pick-up.  Preferred pick-up time, evenings,  5-7PM, by appointments. Firearm purchasers will be given additional contact information when invoiced.  Buyers are responsible for any shipping cost, or additional transfer fees if items are shipped.
