 | BIDDING PROCEDURE :
The auction will start to close at 6:00 pm CST on Wednesday November 18th, 2020. The close will be staggered 3 lots per minute. In addition "Extended Bidding Terms" will apply, which means items that have bids placed within 2 minutes of its closing time, the time will extend for an additional 2 minutes. This will continue until there is no activity for 2 minutes. Some Items may also have group endings meaning that the entire group will remain open until no bids are received for 2 minutes

AUCTION REMOVAL
Thursday November 19th 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Friday November 20th 9:00 AM until 1 PM by scheduled appointment.
Winning Bidders Will need to Schedule Removal with McLaughlin Auctioneers

NOTE: These are Seized or Forfeited vehicles and their mechanical conditions are unknown ALL WINNING BIDS ARE FINAL!
Seized or Forfeited Vehicles:
Will be sold with a State of Minnesota Issued Title. Please Note, some vehicle titles have been applied for by Moorhead Police Department but may not be received from the State of Minnesota by the close of the auction. Buyers of those vehicles will be sent the vehicle title once it is received by the city. (Unfortunately, McLaughlin Auctioneers or the City have no control on when the state will send the titles)
Impounded Vehicles:
Will have a "Impound Bill" of sale with which the Buyer can obtain a State Of Minnesota title
